DVD Duplication and Print

Usually the minimum economic run size for a replicated DVD is 1000 units, however you many only require a lot smaller run size, this is the ideal solution for DVD Duplication. The end result will be the same, the only difference is the way in which it is manufactured. Using duplication towers the DVDs will be burnt with the exact image of the master disc you have given us and then printed. Depending on the on-body print image and run size the discs can either be litho printed if the illustration is in full colour or screen printed if spot colours used and if the run size is quite small say under a hundred units ink-jet printed using either standard ink-jet discs or water-shield DVDs. The discs will then be packaged according to your requirement.
What if you require a fast turnaround? Normally a replicated disc will take around 10-12 working days to be manufactured, in a lot of cases you may not have the luxury of that time scale. This isn't a problem if the artwork is ready before the master the discs can be printed up in advance as well as any paper parts so when the master is finally ready the duplication in most cases will be turned around in 48 hours.
