On many occasions having a CD replicated might not be the correct option, it
might be that you only need a small quantity or you need the job to be
turned around in a short amount of time. This is where CD duplication comes into its own. At Swift Duplication we have a whole range of solutions to address this problem.
CD Duplication..... The Process
CD duplication also know as CD copying or CD burning is the same technique used when you copy a CD in your computer but instead of copying them one at a time we use bulk CD duplicating machines to do this so we can copy many thousands in a single day . Using either normal or diamond CD-R we can either screen, litho or ink jet print your discs. Using screen or litho printing is the same technique used on a replicated CD. In fact if we use the diamond CDs they are hard to tell the difference between pressed ones. We will then duplicate the data onto the disc for you. If the artwork is ready before the master we can print the discs up ready for the master and duplicate them when it becomes available. In a lot of cases this would be done either the same day or within 48 hours which is something that can rarely be achieved with pressed discs.
